The Birth Wellness Festival exists to change that conversation.

For five years, the Festival has created a space where women and families can explore birth from a different perspective, one that honours the innate wisdom of the female body, encourages informed choice, and invites deeper reflection on the beliefs that shape our experiences of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

This is not about telling women how or where they should give birth. It is about opening up the conversation, expanding awareness, and helping families discover that they may have more choices than they realise.

Through inspiring speakers, thought-provoking discussions and a supportive community, the Birth Wellness Festival offers an opportunity to reconnect with what is possible when women feel informed, empowered and supported.
